I'm really looking forward to hearing Malcolm Gladwell Live. I've read all his books, but have never heard him live. He does an amazing job of highlighting insights of human behavior that aren't always obvious, but always thought provoking. Check out this CBS interview. Has anyone seen him Live? Thoughts? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cSRu6CaJd_g&feature=related
I am really looking forward to seeing Martha Rogers: Who are you most looking forward to hearing speak at the conference and why?
I am particularly interesting in how business analytics can improve marketing effectiveness: what would you like to learn more about from the conference?
